Hello All
I have been sent an update file but the instructions say I should format the thumb drive before copying the file to it.
I had a quick look but there are too many options for formatting and wanted some advice before going ahead.

Hi
Format the USB stick with the FAT32 option.
Untick the 'Quick format' to get a full drive format.
You will lose anything on the thumb drive after it has been formatted.
You can then copy the files to the drive (you may need to unzip the files); the instructions should tell you what to do about that.
