Hi all, my name is Chas and I am just installing a new Android head unit to my 2017 Ford Ranger 4WD ute. This is a replacement for a unit I had installed when the vehicle was new. This is now faulty and has some serious screen issues.

I have managed the install ok so far and it all seems to be performing good.
The only issue at the moment is to have the head unit 'sync' properly with the factory installed reversing camera. It appears like two images.... maybe unmatched frame rates or something. I certainly will be happy to hear from any suggestions from you forum folk for things for me to try. :)

I am a bit of a map freek so I will be installing various topo map apps to display my custom calibrated charts.
Looking forward to hearing from other users and very happy to contribute any knowledge I have gained over the years
Cheers Chas
